Signed concert program from the remarkable and eccentric American violinist, who performed on January 11, 1934 with the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra. She has signed over the program listing on p. 7, which includes Franck's Symphony in D minor and Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D. 17 pp. total. Central page with signature detached from staple binding; on the facing page, a newspaper clipping has been mounted; dried flower petals pressed inside front cover. Toning and wear; overall very good. 6 x 9 inches (15 x 22.8 cm).

A student of Hubay, Enesco and Persinger, Bustabo remained in Europe during World War II, living with Wolf-Ferrari in Germany and premiering his Violin Concerto in 1943. She was blacklisted in the US when she returned and her career never recovered.
