Translated in full:  In view of the above, we ask you, Evgeny Timofeevich [last name not mentioned but known to be Samodaev], to instruct the administration of the Capital Construction Department of the Moscow City Executive Committee to allocate an appropriate site, possibly to be demolished first, but close to the place of work of the collectives included in the Housing and Construction Association "Symphony" or to instruct GlavAPU [Main Architectural and Planning Administration] to allocate a site on Sadovo-Triumfalnaya Street, No. 12 (after demolition [and relocation] of 72 people), proposed by the Sverdlovsk Distric Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Executive Committee of the Sverdlovsk District [of Moscow].
