She has penned on the title page: "For Mr. McMahon / Best wishes / Martha Graham." The program contains text, black-and-white photographs of Graham in many different performances, as well as photographs of the previous honorees (including Ted Shawn, Alexandra Danilova, and Sol Hurok.) 12 pp. 8.5 x 8 inches (21.5 x 20.6 cm).
