Program printed on heavy paper includes extensive notes on the music, with examples as well as several pages of advertisements for upcoming appearances of Koussevitsky, Furtwangler, and Serge Prokofieff playing his own Piano Concerto No. 1. 8vo. 32 pp. Wrappers a little chipped, otherwise in very good condition.
