They have signed over the first and second pages of the program listing, which included Copland's Outdoor Overture and Third Symphony, and Kogan in Lalo's Symphonie Espagnole. In very fine condition, together with a separate booklet of program notes. Program 19 pp, 7.25 x 9.25 inches (18.5 x 24.8 cm).
