Menuhin and Fischer were the featured soloists of the two concerts (Violin Concerto No. 5, K. 219, and Piano Concerto No. 21, K. 467), but three more soloists took part: The violist Patrick Ireland joined Menuhin in the Sinfonia concertante (K. 364), and the flutist Atarah Ben-Tovim and the harpist Mair Jones, a regular member of the orchestra since 1955, performed the Concerto for flute and harp (K. 299).
