Signed postcard photograph of the German-American actress and acting teacher who twice won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play. Hagen has inscribed "To Paul / with best wishes / Uta Hagen" to recto, and written "Thank you so much for your lovely letter. And please accept my apologies that I have no large photos to send out right now. / Sincerely / Uta Hagen" to verso. Postmarked Oct 1, 1951. In fine condition. 3.25 x 5.5 inches (8.2 x 14 cm.).
