Titled and credited to the photographer in an unidentified hand in pen on the reverse. Some stamps and mounting traces on the verso, corners nicked. Else fine.
Genthe was a pioneer of dance photography, producing "Book of Dance" in 1916 and "Isadora Duncan" in 1929. It was his photographs of Duncan which persuaded Dorothea Lang to come and study with him.
