Martin and Boyer have both signed on the cover, and the program is also signed on an internal page by actors Dorothy Stickney, Margalo Gillmore, Frank Conroy, and Robert Ross. 18 pp. Right edge curled, front cover detached with some losses and edge tears. Overall good. 7.25 x 9 inches (18.5 x 23.5 cm).
