A very fine copy, inscribed by Eiffel to Mr Bonton, "en remerciement de [sa] visite à la belle usine de[s automobiles] Dion-Bonton le 5 mai 1902' ["with thanks for the visit to the beautiful factory of Dion-Bonton..."].
An interesting association copy, inscribed by the celebrated French engineer to one of the founders of the De Dion-Bouton automobile and railcar company which operated from 1883 to 1932 and which was, at the time of the present inscription, the largest automobile manufacturer in the world.
