Rare souvenir from the 1927 World Series between the New York Yankees and the Pittsburgh Pirates, a wooden bat-shaped harmonica embossed on the barrel "Babe's Musical Bat." The instrument has 5 holes which will play 10 notes and was manufactured by F. A. Rauner, Klingenthal. A similar example is found in the Alan G. Bates Harmonica Collection in the National Music Museum. Slightly rubbed, overall fine.
