An original autograph holiday greeting from the composer to violinist Samuel Dushkin, with whom Stravinsky frequently performed and for whom he wrote his Violin Concerto and the Duo Concertante. On a card printed with sketches of Stravinsky conducting, by his daughter Milene Marion, Stravinsky has inscribed: "To Sam Dushkin, love and best wishes for a happy New Year 1954 from I. Stravinsky." Light toning; overall in very fine condition. 4.5 x 6.75 inches (11.8 x 17.1 cm).
