Bernstein has signed on the first page of the program listing, which included Mendelssohn's Symphony no. 4 and Violin Concerto, and premieres of Alexei Haiff's Ballet in E and Teo Macero's Fusion. 19 pp., together with a separate booklet of program notes and a newspaper clipping about the concert. Patch of toning to the program notes booklet, but overall very fine. 7.25 x 9.75 inches (18.5 x 25 cm).
