Signed 8 x 10 inch photograph of the great Italian tenor, who was regarded at the Met as Caruso's successor in dramatic roles. He performed this role in his final Met performance on March 8, 1945, with Milanov singing the title role and Tourel as Adalgisa. Signed and inscribed in 1957 in bold fountain pen ink, minor creasing to corners, small tear at right margin, otherwise fine.
