Attractive small oblong album, ca. 1840, red leather, gilt tooled, containing manuscript songs in the hand of one "J.W. Gales" whose name is stamped on the front board. 61 pages, including works by Sebastian Iradier, Mariano Soriano Fue rtes, Manuel Garcia, Basilio Basili, Evaristo Ciria and others Spanish composer of the early and mid-19th century. Joints cracked, chipped at top and bottom of spine, otherwise fine. 15 x 11 cm.
