On a small card printed with a stanza of poetry and MacDowell's name, she has signed with "affectionate good wishes." With the original envelope addressed to a Dr. and Mrs. Harrington in Peterborough and postmarked December 18, 1948 in California. In very fine condition. 4.25 x 3.5 inches (10.8 x 9 cm) folded.
