Two photographs by W. Hoffert showing scenes from Wagner's Parsifal. The larger of the two, showing the great Belgian tenor with some of the "Blumenmadchen," is impressed 1889 at the foot of the image and measures 13.5 x 21.5 cm. The other, 10.5 x 16.5 cm, shows seven of the flower-costumed girls. Van Dyck was one of the most celebrated of all Parsifals and sang in the French premieres of Lohengrin and Parsifal.
