Autograph signature from the great Russian basso who enjoyed an important international career at major opera houses and is often credited with establishing the tradition of naturalistic acting in his chosen art form. He has signed and inscribed in black ink to an autograph album leaf, dating it London, 1925.  Small corner stain to blank left lower corner, else in fine condition.  5.25 x 6.25 inches (13.3 x 15.9 cm.).
