You know in what high esteem I hold you as a personality and human being.  You can imagine how happy I will be if the occasion arose for us to make music together."  8.5 x 5.5 inches (21.5 x 14 cm).  Creased to head; else in fine condition.

Giulini made himself a name as a conductor of Italian opera but focused on the orchestral repertory from 1967, holding appointments with the Chicago Symphony, Vienna Symphoniker and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
