Early signed photograph from the Italian chamber orchestra known for its long history and its performances of Baroque repertoire. The photograph has been inscribed at the head to Hunter College faculty member Benno Lee and dated New York, March 21, 1959. All twelve members have signed at the foot: concertmaster Felix Ayo; violinists Walter Gallozzi, Anna Maria Cotogni, Italo Colandrea, Luciano Vicari, and Roberto Michelucci; violists Carmen Franco and Alfonso Ghedin; cellists Enzo Altobelli and Mario Centurione; harpsichordist Maria Teresa Garatti, and double bassist Lucio Buccarella. Slight corner chips and mounting remnants to the verso; overall in fine condition. 10 x 8 inches (25.4 x 20.5 cm).
