Pair of cabinet photographs of the legendary pianist and composer in later life. The first, a Louis Held portrait bust photograph (photographer studio info to verso, date-stamped 1884 to lower right corner) showing Liszt looking off to his left, has been trimmed to edges but otherwise shows minimal wear and is in fine condition. The other, mounted albumen photograph to card by an unidentified photographer, shows substantial wear with lower diagonal crease/tears and losses to edges, image mostly unaffected. 4.15 x 5.6 inches (10.5 x 14.2 cm.); 4 x 5.75 inches (10.2 x 14.6 cm.), respectively.
