Dated New York, December 9, 1940, the letter reads: "Dear Oliver: Do you think the Players might do a revival next season and out of your extensive knowledge of the theatre is there any particular play you'd like to see them do?  Sincerely + with kind regards, Dudley Digges."  Letter creases and one small tear to the edge; otherwise in fine condition.  21.6 x 28 cm.
