Very rare AMQS from the Russian composer and leading proponent of contemporary music in her country, an extensive quotation in black ink of the opening 16 measures from her second violin concerto, "In tempus praesens." Signed and inscribed at the head in German, adding also her signature in Cyrillic. 21 x 29.5 cm. Neat horizontal creases, else fine.
The work was premiered at the Lucerne Festival in August 2007, with Anne-Sophie Mutter as soloist and the Berlin Philharmonic under Simon Rattle.
