He performed with the London Philharmonic under Sir Adrian Boult on December 6, 1954. Together with another page from the same program, with biographies of Malcuzynski and Boult. Right edge rough with some wrinkling and slight corner wear, but otherwise in fine condition. 7.5 x 9.75 inches (18.8 x 24.8 cm).
