On letterhead printed "From the studio of Jascha Heifetz," he has penned: "Trip + car + return to Rochester from Chicago + 200 for the week / for Israel—250 per concert." An additional note at the upper left corner mentions Heifetz' frequent collaborator, pianist Brooks Smith. One folding crease; overall fine. 4 x 6 inches (10.1 x 15.2 cm).
