Benedetti Michelangeli was to receive 7,000 lira for the performance. Signed at the foot by the pianist and by a representative of La Scala. Together with an autograph letter from Benedetti Michelangeli's wife, Giulia Benedetti Michelangeli, regarding a concert at La Scala on November 24, 1947. November 3, [1947]; 2 pp. She writes that "the fee for concerts with orchestra for the 1947–1948 season is L. 150,000" and asks for a reply as soon as possible, which she "must communicate to my husband in London." Hole punch and light toning; overall fine. 8.25 x 6 inches (21.2 x 15 cm).
