Uncommon signed publicity photograph of the durable British actor lounging in a chair with a copy of Condensed Course in Motion Picture Photography by the New York Institute of Photography on his lap.  He has inscribed "To Dorothy/ Best wishes,/ from George Sanders," to the left, stamp to verso credits the photograph to Gene Kornman.  Pin hole in upper left corner, light wear around edges, small creases to corners, tear to upper right edge stabilized with cellotape, 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm.)

Sanders won the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for his performance in the 1950 film All About Eve. He committed suicide at the age of 65.
