Folded flyer by OKeh records advertising the most recent recordings of the American jazz legend (styled "King of the Trumpet") and his orchestra; tracks advertised are no later than 1929 (mostly, 1928).  Also advertising their nightly appearances at Connie's Inn in Harlem, with reference, "Also featured in Connie's Hot Chocolates /Hudson Theatre."  Attractive illustration of Armstrong with his instrument.   9.5 x 4.25 inches (24 x 10.8 cm), with original horizontal fold; in fine condition. 

Hot Chocolates was a musical revue.  Featuring music by Fats Waller and Harry Brooks, it was directed by Leonard Harper and ran for 219 performances from June 20, 1929, to December 14, 1929, setting the time frame for the present item.  Louis Armstrong and his orchestra, billed as "exclusive OKeh artists" on the flyer, recorded with this independent label since 1925.
