A terrific original poster from a 1948 appearance of De Basil's "Ballet Russe" at the Gran Teatro del Liceo de Barcelona. The image of the two dancers is by artist Adolphe von Munchhausen, who was celebrated for his many dancer portraits. A few light surface marks, light creases including horizontal through center, overall very good. 26 x 38 cm.
