Ricordi, Giulio. (1840-1912). Autograph Note. An interesting note from the influential Italian editor and musician, closely associated with Giacomo Puccini in particular, but also with Ponchielli, Catalani, and Giordano among others.

A short invitation, neatly penned on a card measuring 11 X 6.5 cm. Dated August 30, 1890 and addressed to an unidentified "Maestro." Noting that his daughter has been married on Wednesday morning, he invites the composer/conductor to a friendly gathering at his home the following Monday evening, and signs "with friendly esteem, Giulio Ricordi."
