The great English violinist - cofounder of The Chamber Music Players, first violinist of the London String Quartet, and Concertmaster of Beecham's Orchestra - has signed a sepia 5.75 x 7.75 inch bust portrait, adding "1951." Delius dedicated his Concerto to him and he was frequently called "the English Kreisler."
