This copy DOUBLE-SIGNED by composer Benjamin Britten, once "with best wishes" in pencil below his frontispiece portrait, and again in ink on the title page. Additionally signed by Peter Pears (over a printed illustration of his 'Peter Grimes' character) and by fellow cast members Edmund Donlevy, Roderick Jones, Edith Coates, Owen Brannigan, Valetta Iacopi, Tom Culbert, Joan Cross and Minnia Bower.
