The passage in the blurb, "Tchernichowa [sic] takes one of the principal roles not only in [The Firebird] but also in 'L'Apres Mide d'un Faune', which has excited so much attention since its first performance in New York," suggests that the photograph, or at least the blurb, dates from a later year.
